Service naming

Hewlett Packard Enterprise launched GreenLake as a more fluid, deep and enterprise-friendly alternative to competitors’ hybrid cloud offerings. Today, with 65,000 customers, it is the single platform underpinning HPE’s status as the world’s largest edge-to-cloud company.

Named to express both business value and vast reservoirs of data (and, not coincidentally, for one of my favorite Wisconsin locations) GreenLake is now an engine in HPE’s own transformation as the IT company continues to shift toward intelligent technology solutions as a service.
